Goods at all times remain the property of the company.
2.
Full payment plus deposit is due in full two weeks prior
to delivery.
3.
The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the
goods, from time of delivery until they are collected
by the company's employees or until they are delivered
back to our premises. Deliveries left at premises are
left are left at the hirer's risk.
4.
Damage, shortages and breakages will be charged for
at replacement prices shown on the replacement list
sent with the invoice. We will take back and credit
such charges if the goods are returned within 14 days
after pick up of goods.
5.
Linen may be returned soiled (Linen prices are all
inclusive). Other goods may be returned soiled, in which
case a washing up charge of 20% of the hire price will
be charged.
6.
Please make sure goods are repacked ready for collection.
If any goods are left at premises and we send out our
driver to collect again, an additional charge will be
made.
7.
Charges for delivery and collection will be quoted when
order is made.
8.
No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused
by use of goods and equipment hired.
9.
No responsibility can be taken for damage caused by
use of goods and equipment hired.
10.
Hirers should ensure that they or their representatives
are at the delivery address. Wasted journeys may be
charged for.
11.
A charge will be made for any packing boxes, cartons
etc not returned.
12.
A refundable deposit against losses and breakages of
£50.00 or 25% approx will be added to the invoice.
13.
There will be a charge of £10.00 for chair cover
samples sent out in the post. A stamped addressed envelope
will be sent out with the chair cover so that they can
be easily returned. An additional charge of £10.00
will be made for any chair covers NOT RETURNED. You
should ensure that you have a 'Certificate of Posting
'(which will cover you if the envelope does not reach
our offices) from the Post Office when returning the
chair cover as we will charge
